Executive Director Welcome

I am so glad you are here! It gives me great pleasure to welcome you to Future Builders' webpage on behalf of the Board of Directors and Staff. I am incredibly honored to continue the work of our previous Founder and Executive Director, Mrs. Linder Conley. As I work in this role, I am acutely aware of the opportunities and challenges facing the communities we serve.

It is my privilege and pleasure to work alongside the great staff and independent contractors of Future Builders. Together, we serve disparate and marginalized populations by offering education and awareness in areas of optimal importance to the health and lives of Arkansas’ communities.

Learning is a lifelong process that starts at birth and ends at death. Regardless of gender, race, age, background, ethnicity, or religion, it is my belief that all have a right to learn, and leaders are responsible for optimizing learning opportunities. Training, information sharing, and education are not jobs; they are continuous commitments to facilitate positive mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual growth. My desire to empower others through education and training started at the age of 12 when I became a tutor in a tutorial program at Future Builders. I realized that helping others is a growth opportunity for the giver and the receiver, and I became aware of my passion and capacity to help others.

As Future Builders continues to “Build our Nation’s Future” through our program efforts, our goal is to be more than conversationalists; we are solution finders. Our staff are among many ambitious and passionate workers and leaders who remain faithful and dedicated to finding solutions to the problems that impact our communities the most. We share our time, gifts, and energy to ensure others' health and wellness, and the strength and inspiration of those we serve help us to continue each day.

Thank you for taking the time to visit our site. We hope what we do here inspires you.

Dr. Ebony Conley
